Just needed to add....

These cravings SUCK!!!! I feel like I'm going through withdrawals (like when I quit smoking). I so badly want some potato chips, and I'm not even normally a chip eater!!! I will get through this.

You can do it Lou. I did Atkins a few years ago. the first week is the worst, then it does get easier. Make some hard boiled eggs and when you get a crazing eat one, it fills you up. Good Luck!!

I do Atkins all the time and it does get easier. For crunchy things I do celery with cream cheese. That is what has helped me. Also jello with the Redi Whip squirt stuff which I think is 0 or 1 carb. You can freeze the Redi whip and it tastes like you are eating ice cream.
