of Atkins! Ugh! It's been rough but, I am determined to do this. I am determined to NOT go up a size. Everything I own is tight and I just can't stand it anymore! So, no carbs. For 2 weeks. At least, very low carbs. And, anybody that knows me, knows that I LOVE carbs! Potatoes, noodles, chocolate....I just know that these are my absolute downfall. So, I'm half way through day 2, hoping that day 3 is better. Wish me luck.
