Just needed to add....

These cravings SUCK!!!! I feel like I'm going through withdrawals (like when I quit smoking). I so badly want some potato chips, and I'm not even normally a chip eater!!! I will get through this.

Day 2...

of Atkins! Ugh! It's been rough but, I am determined to do this. I am determined to NOT go up a size. Everything I own is tight and I just can't stand it anymore! So, no carbs. For 2 weeks. At least, very low carbs. And, anybody that knows me, knows that I LOVE carbs! Potatoes, noodles, chocolate....I just know that these are my absolute downfall. So, I'm half way through day 2, hoping that day 3 is better. Wish me luck.

HAPPY 2009!!!

So, New Year's Resolutions...hmmm. I haven't thought much about it. Of course, the standards, lose weight, get fit, organize, so on and so on are at the top of my list. Really, I just want to stay on top of things this year. Bills, kids' school stuff, work, scrapbooking, BLOGGING, etc. I hope to get out of this house, out of Indy, by the end of this year. I hope to be back home, being a Mom, by the end of this year. I hope to find more time to "treat myself" every now and then, even if it's an hour here or there. So, I guess that I have lots of resolutions. Let's just hope for the best and hope for a wonderful year!!!!!!!

So anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!!!

Random post...

Okay, so I haven't put the pictures on here, like I said. Hopefully, I'll get to that tomorrow. Anyway, I'm just sitting here thinking about how funny Haleigh is and decided that I really need to keep record of her little tidbits. Here's one example: Recently, I walk into her room to find her night stand by the door, with her rocking chair in front of it and a pad of paper with a pencil. As I proceed to look around the room, I found a "kitty condo", some cat toys and a blanket strewn about here and there. I asked her what she was doing and her response was, "I'm evaluating the cats. This is where I observe them." What 7 year old knows and understands what "evaluating" is? She was so serious too! Cracked me up! Anyway, I just thought that I'd share that little bit. I will try to post more random posts, about what goes on in the Stiner household. Maybe a few pics too.
